Thriving Outpatient Health Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Psychiatrist to join a multi-site outpatient team serving various patient groups. The role offers a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule from 8a to 5p with limited on-call obligations.

Positions include opportunities to teach mental health interns or medical students and potential faculty appointment. Base salary plus RVU earnings is competitive, with comprehensive benefits and relocation considerations.

Qualifications

• MD/DO Psychiatry with BC/BE. If BE, must attain BC within 3 years of hire.
• Trauma-informed approach and ability to deliver integrated behavioral healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient psychiatry for adults and/or children per service line (varies by location).
• Average 15-20 patient encounters per day.
• Opportunity to teach mental health interns and/or medical students.
