NP Now, LLC is seeking a Psychiatrist for outpatient care in the Austin, Texas area, with opportunities across North Austin, South Austin, Bastrop, Georgetown, Harker Heights, and surrounding locations. The position focuses on adult and pediatric patients in a community health setting and offers a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

The base salary is competitive at $248,000 annually with RVU incentives, and total compensation ranges from $320,000 to $410,000.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Board-eligible candidates must obtain board certification within three years of hire.
• Proactive, collaborative clinician in a dynamic clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient psychiatric care across locations as assigned.
• Treat adults, children and adolescents per interests and experience.
• Collaborate with the health center team; teach mental health interns or medical students.
