Job summary

NOW Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a Psychiatrist for outpatient care in the Austin, TX area. Positions are 100% outpatient with flexible focus on adults, children/adolescents, or substance use treatment, across multiple Texas locations including Georgetown.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with limited on-call. Compensation ranges from $320,000 to $410,000 plus loan repayment and relocation support; sign-on bonus is negotiable.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry; board certification within three years.
• Trauma-informed approach to care and competency in integrated behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient practice.
• Treat adults, children and adolescents (depending on interest).

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $248,000 per year plus RVU incentives
• Estimated total annual compensation of $320,000-$410,000

Position Highlights
