NP Now, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a board-certified/eligible psychiatrist to join an outpatient practice serving all ages with option to focus on adults, kids, substance use, or mixed panels. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with limited call and about 15–20 patients per day.

The position offers a competitive salary with RVU-based earnings, comprehensive benefits, loan reimbursement, sign-on and relocation negotiable, and generous PTO/CME.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board certification in Psychiatry (or eligibility).
• BC/BE in Psychiatry; if BE, must attain BC within 3 years of hire.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care and teaching preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient psychiatric services for all ages or specified populations.
• Teach mental health interns and/or medical students if applicable.
• Maintain low call burden with 1–2x/year and participate in team-based care.
