Job summary

UC San Diego Health is seeking an experienced RN to serve as an ECT Coordinator in outpatient psychiatry. You will coordinate complex patient scheduling, track required clearances, facilitate education and treatment preparation, and ensure consent completion across multiple sites.

You will liaise with clinicians, procedural teams, and ancillary departments to support safe, compliant care. Travel between UC San Diego Health sites is required, and you will work under supervision of attending

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• RN License issued by the State of California.
• BART or BLS certification at time of hire with commitment to get BART within six months.
• Minimum one - two years Psychiatric RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex patient scheduling across multiple sites.
• Track required medical clearances and specialty consultations.
• Facilitate patient education and treatment preparation; monitor consent completion.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, teams, and departments.
