Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking an experienced ECT Program Coordinator (RN) to lead screening, assessment, planning, treatment, implementation and evaluation of clients receiving ECT under physician supervision.

The role supervises an LNA in ECT, reports to Behavioral Health Services Nursing Manager and/or Behavioral Health Director, and requires at least four years in Behavioral Health with possible office management experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training in Behavioral Health.
• Experience in office management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screens and schedules clients.
• Gathers data through history taking and biopsychosocial assessment of patient's clinical condition and interprets data in order to plan and implement interventions to meet patient care needs.
• Develops, evaluates and revises patient's plan of care, and nursing actions in response to patient's needs.
• Makes proficient clinical judgment to deliver treatment/care reflecting knowledge and understanding of the patient's clinical condition.
• Documents patient care and outcomes.
• Teaches the patient and families about treatment and plan of care. Prepares patients to manage their care after discharge.
• Manages payment and reimbursement processes.
• Maintains policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, QA and/or documentation forms related to the service line.
• Performs job specific requirements and other duties as assigned.
