Qualifications

• MD or DO with CT State License required.
• Federal DEA and CT CS registration required.
• Board Certification or eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Adult-only outpatient practice.

Responsibilities

• Care for adult patients in outpatient primary care.
• Join a nine-physician, two-AP practice with collaboration.
• Partner with multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Participate in teaching medical students and residents if interested.
