Northwell Health's affiliated Danbury practice in Danbury, CT is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a nine-physician team in an adult-only outpatient setting near Danbury Hospital. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care with collaborative specialty support, a light after-hours schedule, and a focus on clinician wellness within a fully integrated EMR environment.

• MD or DO with CT license and DEA; CT licensure required.
• Board certification or eligibility in internal or family medicine.
• Residency training in internal medicine or family medicine.
