The ideal candidate will hold an MD or DO with CT license, have completed Internal or Family Medicine Residency, and be board certified or eligible.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with CT State License, Federal DEA and CT State Controlled Substance Registration

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients with emphasis on chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Participate in teaching medical students and residents when available.
• Maintain a light on-call schedule with nurse triage support to balance workload.
