Northwell Health seeks a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a brand-new outpatient practice in New Milford, CT. The position offers competitive compensation, robust benefits, and opportunities to teach medical students and residents in a collegial, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with CT State License, Federal DEA and State Controlled Substances Registration.
  • Completed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible.
  • Off-hour coverage – Shared among multiple providers, phone-calls only, with nurse triage.
  • Adult-only outpatient practice for ages 18+.

Responsabilités

  • Provide primary care for adults 18+ at the new New Milford, CT location.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and specialists to manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Participate in teaching medical students and residents.
  • Work with a state-of-the-art, integrated EMR to coordinate care across sites.

Formation

MD/DO
CT State Medical License
Federal DEA & State CS Registration
Residency: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board Certification or Board Eligible
