Qualifications

• MD or DO required.

• Managed care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care.

• Focus on preventive care and Medicare quality metrics (HEDIS).
• Develop and manage individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with care teams and specialists.
