Jackson Physician Search is assisting a 25-bed community hospital and clinic network in Northern California to recruit a Primary Care physician for outpatient practice with a Monday-Thursday schedule. This position focuses on geriatrics and offers strong clinical support.

The role features a base salary up to $400,000 with RVU bonuses, 18–22 patients per day, and leadership pathways via an optional Medical Director track, plus student loan repayment options and a $100,000 sign-on bonus.
