Job summary

You will provide comprehensive care to both adults and children in a modern 12,000 sq ft facility with embedded behavioral health and care managers.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with CT license and DEA/CS registration.
  • Completed Internal Medicine/ Peds or Family Practice residency.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and pediatric patients in outpatient setting.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Promote wellness and preventive care while maintaining work–life balance.
