Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license required (Massachusetts).
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
• AHA BLS certification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Take patient intake: vitals, chief complaints, health history, medications reconciliation.
• Assist providers during exams and procedures.
• Administer medications and immunizations per orders and guidelines; perform wound care and specimen collection.
• Document assessments and patient education in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Coordinate care and provide education to patients and families.
