Job summary

Temple Health – Temple University Health System in Philadelphia seeks a Practice Manager to provide direct administrative, clinical and strategic support to the department and site administrators of outpatient practice locations. You will work with senior administrators, site leaders and providers to promote programmatic and financial growth of the clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Business or related field is required
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree is required
• Master's Degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Business or related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct administrative, clinical and strategic support to the department and site administrator(s) and staff
• Promote programmatic and financial growth of the clinical practice
• Coordinate work with other TFPP departments to ensure patient intake, navigation and satisfaction
• Lead operational improvements focused on customer service and revenue cycle compliance
• Direct day-to-day clinical operations and administrative activities of outpatient practice
• Assist practice coordinators; supervise development of office procedures and ensure policies are followed
• Contact external vendors and Temple University Health System affiliates for practice operation services

Education

Bachelor's Degree Health Care Administration, Public Health, Business or related field
