Job summary

Temple University Health System, Inc. seeks a Practice Manager for TMS Oaks - Temple Faculty Practice.

The role provides administrative, clinical and strategic support to department and site administrators, with a focus on improving patient intake, navigation and satisfaction across outpatient settings. The position requires a Bachelor's in health care administration, public health, business or related field and at least 5 years of progressively responsible administrative or supervisory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in health care administration, public health, business or related field is required.
Master's degree is preferred.
5 years of progressively responsible administrative or supervisory/management experience is required.
Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative, clinical and strategic support to department and site administrators, providers and staff.
Coordinate work with TFPP and other departments to ensure patient intake, navigation and satisfaction.
Lead programmatic planning and operations of the assigned practice and drive improvements in service and revenue cycle compliance.
Direct day-to-day clinical operations and administrative activities of outpatient practice.
