Job summary

This position does not involve direct patient care but focuses on high-quality scheduling, patient instructions, and customer service for patients and physicians, collaborating with the engagement center and clinical

Qualifications

• Must have working-level knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience in scheduling and insurance authorization in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and healthcare billing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outpatient and facility physician/ACP schedules and templates.
• Troubleshoot scheduling issues daily and ensure accurate patient instructions.
• Provide high-quality scheduling support and customer service to patients and physicians.
• Liaise with engagement center, clinical staff, referring physicians, and patients to structure daily schedules.
• Assist with hospital transfers, case management coordination, and documentation for authorizations.
