Qualifications

• This role requires working-level English proficiency including reading, writing and speaking.
• Experience in scheduling and authorization of insurance is required, with two years in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and healthcare billing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outpatient and facility physician and ACP schedules and templates daily.
• Troubleshoot scheduling issues and ensure schedules are accurately structured.
• Provide patient instructions and customer service to patients and physicians.
• Assist with hospital transfers, case managers, and financial resources as needed.
• Provide patient estimates and ensure documentation for service authorization.
• Train clinical and engagement center staff on templates and visits/procedures.
• Produce and maintain physician schedules and manage vacations/changes.
