Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based care for patients with physical disabilities. You’ll evaluate, plan and administer therapy to improve function and daily living activities.

You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, update plans of care, and supervise assistants while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Arizona license in good standing or PT Compact license upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, administer and oversee evidence-based physical therapy services.
• Develop and update plan of care with patient/family to restore function.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise PT assistants and document patient progress and billing.
