Endeavor Physical Therapy, part of the H2 Health family, is seeking a Physical Therapist for full-time outpatient care in Waco, Texas. Join a team focused on patient-centered care, collaborative practice, and professional growth.

You’ll evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, use evidence-based approaches, and participate in mentorship and continuing education opportunities as part of a national therapy organization.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Texas PT license or eligible for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and pain.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and team members to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes using Scribe AI and Raintree EMR.
• Manage a typical caseload of ~10–12 visits per day in outpatient settings.
