Job summary

Mariforce Crewing is seeking a Physical Therapist (DPT) for outpatient care in Waco, Texas. You will evaluate patients, create individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based treatments to restore mobility and function.

Qualifications

DPT (or MSPT/MPT/BPT) from CAPTE-accredited program.
Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, balance, and quality of life.
Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation to streamline documentation time.
Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care.
