Endeavor Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is hiring a Physical Therapist for our Round Rock West outpatient clinic. You will evaluate patients, design care plans, deliver evidence-based treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore mobility and function.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) or equivalent (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function and quality of life.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
