Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, administer, and oversee evidence-based physical therapy services for individuals with physical disabilities or functional limitations. You will collaborate with the patient/family to plan care and support return to prior function, following physician guidelines and departmental policies.

You will implement an individualized treatment plan including therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities, while maintaining documentation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accreditation body.
• Experience with evidence-based physical therapy techniques.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapies.
• Maintains accurate documentation in medical records and billing sheets.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team on discharge planning and patient status.
• Assists in department process improvements and staff development.
