Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities. You will develop individualized plans of care and collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities include implementing evidence-based therapies, documenting progress, and communicating with care teams to optimize outcomes. On-site role in the Phoenix area with a possible sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification required.
• Physical Therapist license in AZ and/or PT Compact license in good standing.
• APTA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat individuals with physical disabilities to restore function.
• Develop and update plans of care in collaboration with patients and families.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge plans accurately.
