Job summary

Summa Health Medical Group – Rehab Services in Barberton, OH seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and administer prescribed PT programs across our outpatient network. The role requires Ohio licensure, CPR certification, and adherence to APTA guidelines.

The position involves flexible start times, regional assignments, and weekend/holiday rotation as demand dictates. A strong emphasis on service excellence and patient-centered care is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's Degree and Certification in Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Current License issued by the Physical Therapy Board to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Ohio.
• Current Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association.
• Board certifications in clinical specialty areas and/or advanced degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, establishes treatment plans and administers a medically prescribed PT program.
• Rotates through locations to meet service delivery needs.
• Collaborates with referral sources and interdisciplinary care teams.
