Job summary

Summa Health in Ohio offers a full-time physical therapist role that travels between campuses and supports a 32-hour week with first shift hours and flexibility within shift times. Weekend availability preferred and holiday rotation are part of the schedule.

You will evaluate and treat patients, establish plans of care, and administer PT programs in line with APTA guidelines and Summa Rehabilitation Services requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent, and APTA-approved program.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapy license to practice.
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, establishes treatment plans and administers a medically prescribed physical therapy program in accordance with APTA guidelines and Summa Rehabilitation Services requirements.
