Job summary

Summa Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Medina outpatient Rehab Services location. The role involves evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and delivering prescribed physical therapy within Summa Health guidelines.

The position is full-time (40 hours weekly) with rotating Saturdays, based in Medina, OH, and requires Ohio PT licensing and CPR certification. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is essential for optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Graduate from an APTA-approved program.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapy license.
• CPR for Healthcare Providers required (American Heart Association).
• Board certifications in clinical specialties and/or advanced health-care degrees are preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with referral sources and patients.

Responsibilities
