Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with impairments to maximize function in outpatient settings.

You will design individualized treatment plans and educate patients and families to promote health and functional recovery. Collaborate with care teams, supervise PTs/PTAs as assigned, and uphold professional standards while supporting program quality and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree or Masters/Bachelor’s in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CPR certification required.
• Outpatient PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and develop treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Provide skilled interventions using appropriate techniques, modalities, and equipment.
• Collaborate with patients to set short and long-term goals; educate patients and families.
• Supervise PTs and PTAs as assigned; participate in quality improvement and staff development.
