Job summary

The Christ Hospital is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate referred patients, plan and implement treatment programs, and support patients toward maximum function. You will document plans of care, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to department policies and Medicare requirements.

Ideal candidates hold an APTA-approved physical therapy degree, have CPR certification, and preferably one year of outpatient experience; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in physical therapy from an approved APTA program.
• One year outpatient experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, plan and implement PT treatment programs to restore function and reduce pain.
• Reassess patients with objective measures and update goals at regular intervals.
• Lead treatment sessions, supervise staff and interns, and ensure documentation compliance.
