Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan and implement physical therapy treatment programs to restore function and reduce pain.
• Develop and document patient-specific treatment goals and plans of care.
• Lead therapy sessions and supervise interns and support staff as appropriate.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation and progress notes to meet Medicare requirements.
• Educate patients and families on results, home exercises, and safety.
