Formación

• Education: Degree in physical therapy from approved APTA school.
• Years of Experience: Prefer one year outpatient experience; will consider new grad.
• Required Skills and Knowledge: Customer service and interpersonal skill.

Responsabilidades

• 1. Patient Evaluation: evaluate and plan individualized treatment; document findings.
• 2. Reassessment: record Pain Analogue Score and objective measures; update goals as needed; send updates.
• 3. Treatment: implement plan; supervise staff; document progression; counsel patients and families.
• 4. Documentation: meet audits; complete all patient documentation; maintain neat handwriting; follow standards.
• 5. Professional Development: participate in performance improvement programs and education.
• 6. Productivity/Department Management: meet productivity benchmarks; manage downtime; maintain equipment and logs.
