A Forbes-listed hospital in east central Ohio is seeking a Physical Therapist for Outpatient Rehab. The role offers flexible weekly hours (31, 33, or 40) and a compensation range of $39.50 to $53 per hour with full benefits and a signing bonus.

You will evaluate and treat patients referred to outpatient services, deliver group or individual therapy, and gain cross-training across units while leveraging EPIC EMR.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapy License or able to obtain.
• Minimum of one clinical rotation in a Rehabilitation Services setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment for patients referred to the service.
• Deliver group and/or individual treatment to patients with a variety of diagnoses and presenting symptoms.
