Talent With Heart in Gratiot, OH is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for outpatient rehab in a Forbes-listed hospital setting. This role offers potential for growth with a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Hours range from 31 to 40 per week, with compensation from $39.50 to $53 per hour depending on experience. Current Ohio license required or able to obtain, and EPIC EMR used for documentation.

Formación

• Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapy License or ability to obtain.
• Minimum of one clinical rotation in Rehabilitation Services setting.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment for patients referred to the service.
• Deliver group and/or individual treatment to patients with a variety of diagnoses and presenting symptoms.
