Workforce Recruiter invites you to join a Forbes-listed hospital in Gratiot, OH as a Physical Therapist in outpatient rehab. You’ll work with a collaborative team using EPIC EMR to deliver patient-centered care and drive positive outcomes for diverse diagnoses.

Requirements include a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Ohio license (or eligibility), and at least one clinical rotation in Rehabilitation Services. Hours range from 31 to 40 per week, with a competitive hourly pay and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
• Ohio Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain.
• Minimum of one clinical rotation in Rehabilitation Services setting.
