Job summary

A top-tier hospital in Gratiot, OH seeks a Physical Therapist for outpatient rehab. Work 31, 33, or 40 hours/week with a competitive $39.50–$53/hr and a full benefits package plus a sign-on bonus.

Requirements: degree in Physical Therapy and Ohio license. At least one clinical rotation in Rehabilitation Services. You’ll evaluate and treat diverse patients and use EPIC EMR in a collaborative, growth-forward team in rural east-central Ohio.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapy License or able to obtain.
• Minimum of one clinical rotation in Rehabilitation Services.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment for patients referred to the service.
• Deliver group and/or individual treatment to patients with a variety of diagnoses and presenting symptoms.
