Qualifications

• PT degree from CAPTE-accredited program or equivalent
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington state
• BLS certification required at hire

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment according to plan of care and adjust as needed.
• Complete accurate documentation within regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Mentor and educate students or new staff as appropriate.
• Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives.
