Job summary

Qualifications

• PT degree accredited by ACOTE or foreign equivalent
• WA Physical Therapist license required
• BLS required upon hire

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and establish treatment goals.
• Treat patients per plan of care and adjust as needed.
• Document accurately and timely to meet standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Mentor and supervise students or new staff when appropriate.
• Contribute to development of new services and quality initiatives.
