Seattle Hill Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, develop tailored treatment plans, and help patients achieve rehabilitation goals in an outpatient setting.

You will evaluate patients, implement interventions, document progress, educate families, and stay current with best practices through continuing education.

Competenze

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Mansioni

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate progress notes and outcomes using Raintree in compliance with regulations.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home programs.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest research and best practices.
