P4 Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide coverage in our outpatient clinic. Join a therapist-owned company with 42+ years of experience and a culture of care and professional teamwork.

You will assess patients, review referrals, and deliver high-quality, guideline-based therapy while coordinating with physicians and insurers. We value growth, development, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current state license or ability to begin licensing promptly.
• CPR certification.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician referrals and patient records to determine required PT treatment.
• Provide direct patient care per established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and patient instructions.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Develop plans of care and comprehensive programs to meet goals.
• Implement PT treatments and essential therapies.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance providers.
• Ensure timely documentation of notes, reports, and discharge summaries.
