Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Harvey, LA is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to elevate patient care and advance professional growth.

You will conduct evaluations, design treatment plans, and manage 10-12 patients per day in an interdisciplinary setting; receive onboarding, mentorship, ABTPRFE residency-like programs, and continuing education.

Competitive salary $75,000–$100,000 with monthly incentives and a $10,000 sign-on, plus 401(k), dues reimbursements, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
