Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients at Rivers Edge Rehab in Manchester, NH. The role requires 40 hours per week with some evenings until 7 PM, and offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

This outpatient department provides orthopedic, neurological, pelvic floor, vestibular, geriatric, pediatric and oncology services with mentorship, documentation time, and ample opportunities for clinical growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire.
• CPR certification required or obtainable within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient setting.
• Develop written plans of care with short- and long-term goals.
• Update treatment plans and communicate with care team.
• Provide discharge instructions and home exercise programs.
• Supervise therapy assistants and staff as needed.
• Contribute to ongoing professional development and clinical education.
