Job summary

P4 Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide coverage in our outpatient clinic. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct care following established guidelines, while coordinating with physicians and insurers.

Ideal candidates hold a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, current licensure or licensing underway, and CPR certification. Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current state license or ability to begin licensing promptly.
• CPR certification is required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication with patients, staff, and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician referrals and medical records to determine PT treatment.
• Provide direct patient care per established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and patient instructions.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians in patient care.
• Develop goals and a comprehensive plan of care to attain outcomes.
• Implement treatment programs and essential PT treatments.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes and reports.
