This full-time role supports ~50 visits per week with AI-driven tools and Raintree EMR, emphasizing clinical learning and peer collaboration to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Must have CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy degree.
• Active state PT license or eligibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, evidence-based outpatient therapy.
• Accurately document care in Raintree EMR.
• Manage a caseload of about 50 visits per week with AI-assisted support.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.
