Job summary

Valir Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company, seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) for our outpatient clinic in Moore, OK. You will deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions while building relationships and advancing your career.

You will document care in Raintree EMR, manage a caseload of about 50 visits per week, and collaborate in a clinician-led, supportive team that values learning, mentorship, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
• Document care accurately in Raintree EMR.
• Maintain a caseload of ~50 visits per week with AI-driven tools to streamline documentation.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.
