You will document care in Raintree EMR and maintain a ~50-visit weekly caseload with AI-assisted workflow tools, while supporting peer learning in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Must have CAPTE-accredited PT degree.
• Active state PT license or eligibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
