Valir Physical Therapy, part of the H2 Health family, is hiring a Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Lawton, OK. You will deliver hands‑on, evidence‑based therapy across orthopedic, neurological, and post‑operative cases while building strong patient relationships.

You’ll document care in Raintree EMR and manage a ~50 visit weekly caseload with AI-supported tools to streamline workflows, all within a clinician‑led, supportive team culture that fosters growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence‑based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post‑surgical, and sports‑related conditions.
• Document care accurately in Raintree EMR.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with the support of AI‑driven tools that help streamline and reduce documentation time.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.
