Job summary

Valir Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for our Norman outpatient clinic. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based outpatient PT in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent CAPTE-accredited degree.
• Oklahoma PT license or eligibility.
• CPR certification, as applicable.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy.
• Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, balance, mobility, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients and families throughout rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and clinic team members.
• Document care accurately and support meaningful patient outcomes.
