Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our Lombard outpatient clinic. You will plan, implement and evaluate patient care programs to maintain or restore function and maximize performance.

Qualifications include a PT degree, IL license, CPR certification and outpatient orthopedic experience. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license (or willingness to apply)
• CPR Certified
• Experience in Outpatient Orthopedics

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plan
• Establishes appropriate, functional and objective goals based upon clinical examination
• Devise detailed treatment and care plans for patients
• Provides exceptional patient care and service
• Maintain professional relations and positive work atmosphere and communications
• Cultivate relationships with patients and the community
• Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources to ensure consistent care
• Maintain patient charts, clinical logs and checklists for compliance and HIPAA
• Communicate professionally
• Perform additional duties as required
