Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush is seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will plan, implement and evaluate patient care programs to improve function and prevent disability, helping patients reach peak performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license (or willingness to apply).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and gathers information to determine accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Establishes functional goals based on clinical examination.
• Devises detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
• Provides exceptional patient care and service.
