Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a clinic-based orthopedic/outpatient team in Ithaca, NY. You will provide high-quality rehabilitation in a supportive outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient PT is preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for a valid PT license in the state.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapies including exercises, manual therapy, modalities.
• Educate patients on exercises, posture, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Document care and ensure infection control and safety.
